The course offers a lot of information on how to keep yourself focused and prepared for every day of work. This entails breathing techniques, exercises to do in case you start to feel fatigued etc. It also helps you improve your posture which decreases the chances off any bone or muscle problems in the future. Overall, the course was very helpful!
