Really Helpful ideas on DSE Training

The training was very helpful, offering best practice for maintaining good posture and taking regular breaks, in order to prevent neck pain, back pain and eye strain.

Learned some new things about eye health

Whilst a many aspects were common sense (or I thought so anyway) there were some good facts about eye health, lighting and 20-20-20 which would possibly explain some of the eye related strain / headaches I've been experiencing regularly over the last year. Will certainly be making some changes to posture and eye resting routines. One point I don't quite understand though. When standing at a workstation - you must keep knees unlocked - really? You would have to have quads of steel to do that all day.

It covers all the relevant parts

Whilst it covers all the relevant parts , it is quite theoretical , I can't imagine most Employers being happy with their Staff frequently getting up during the day to have a quick game of table tennis !

Good information on DSE

Posture is something which we really ignore while working on computers/ laptops. This training is quite helpful in terms of getting basic understanding on how to setup your workstation, good posture, etc
