A useful training refresher broken into small sections with clear and concise information. Duration felt correct and I implemented the 20-20-20 during the training as it was around 35 min in total.

It has made me think twice...
This training takes too long for what it is and uses too much time, especially for part-time staff. I prefer to read the information myself, as I retain it better than watching a video, but I then have to sit and wait for the video to finish playing before it lets me move on, which is very frustrating.
Was applicable to my home working environment and useful to redo as I have now created a proper working space in my home since previously completing the course
I found this useful and will update my equipment to ensure I can adhere to the recommendations. Easy to forget when you work from home. Especially as I have spent more time there than usual since the pandemic hit.
