I have completed a lot of DSE training over the years, so its a bit stale now, but this was comprehensive and was concise enough to maintain attention. Presenter was excellent.
Its been very helpful to identify what's important with setting up a work station especially working remotely.

Some DSE training can be very dull and monotonous. This course is designed well, clear and succinct with some useful hints and tips to maintain a great posture and stay healthy and productive at work. The course duration seems about right without taking too long and the format is appropriate and changes enough that it keeps the learners attention. Overall, a well designed and relevant course.
