I enjoyed this course. I liked the fact that we had illustrative videos and the course was clearly identifying why each factor is important and the potential impact on our body. I was already aware of a lot of it but it did make me review my desk set up, check positioning of keyboard, mouse etc and also made me realise I couldn't set the back rest on my chair, it's got stuck in a moving position - so will take action to resolve. Very good.
