Good to understand the correct posture and how to stay relaxed and fresh
I found this course more useful than I expected ,as I started out thinking I would know it all and gradually realised that there were several ways I needed to adjust in the way I sat at the computer! I found the exercises good, too.
As an interim TMgr in ASC I have completed many e-modules in various LA's This one stands out for its clarity and design... Really useful and recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed this session as it gave me the opportunity to physically check my posture and that all my equipment was at the correct height. I was also able to do some of the exercises shown and do the eye lift etc. Very good and practical.
I'm sure that you could get the same information across in a shorter time if you took out a lot of un-necessary verbal padding.
