The training is very visual, with great colouring. All the steps are explained simply and effectively, easy to follow.

The info was very useful and easy to follow. I am tempted to show my daughter - especially with regards text neck. Although we know most of the info, we don't know all of it or follow it as we should! Thank you for enforcing this.
