good course for information on the DSE practices
Being aware of the need to be positioned correctly whilst using DSE is essential for a persons wellbeing. This course explains this is a very understandable way which is easy to relate too.
surprised how much I remembered so it must be quite good
I found the course to be a great reminder to look at my current workstation and practices. It's easy to fall into bad habits, especially around posture and not taking regular breaks. It's good to have the benefits of both of these practices pointed out. I'll be trying to incorporate some of the suggestions into my work practices.
