it was very beneficial to learn the new stretches and movements to do to help relieve tension and stress, and also to know how often breaks should be taken to reduce the amount of headaches due to eye strain. The desk set up also helped me to know that the current way I had everything set up would cause back strain and poor structure so i have used the information provided to change this accordingly.
