Enjoyable and very enlightening
A very useful course that helps identify the likely cause of aches and pains that I've felt at some point using DSE. I have often been guilty of not taking breaks when focused on a particular work task and on occasions just seem to be willing to put up with a certain degree of discomfort. There is no need to tolerate discomfort by using DSE. This course provided many useful tips and guidance on how to best use the equipment we have around us on a day to day basis, and often only simple alterations are necessary to feel the benefits. Highly recommended.
like that it asks you to stop and practice some on the stretching tips etc during the training and to check your current sitting position and posture - it makes you stop and thinks about it rather that just listening to someone telling you about it.
