As a user of DSE and having taken a number of these courses before - I didnt expect anything new. But this had some good content and some new ideas. The need to keep pressing 'next' seemed a bit unnecessary but perhaps this was to encourage movement.
I really found this course useful, especially as I stand at my desk - I'm going to look into an anti fatigue mat. Thank you.
