I am recently returning to work and found the course very informative, lots of points to take away and remember to use in my daily work.
I found it too long, repetitive and 20 questions was too much. It is a good course covering important material but many people would have switched off due to its length.

Gave a better understanding on how to set up a work station whether it's a permanent station or remote.
Made me think about my posture and to take breaks little and often, also given me great guildance on how to set my workstation up properly as i always look down on my monitor and not in the right position that why I have a stiff neck after a day infront on the computer
