Very useful - great a explaining stresses on the body and how to avoid - great that includes working from 2 monitors - I didn't know the best way to set these up before

This training gave me an opportunity to really assess what I am doing at my work station. I have cleared my desk (found my glasses) put all frequently used items in their correct position and adjusted my screen, mouse, keyboard and chair. All things that I have not done in a good while. Lets see how it goes over the next few days. Many thanks.
