Very interesting and informative. Good short videos that keep your attention.
I found the session to be informative and well put together. It's good to be reminded on best practise when at our workstations, as it's easy to fall into bad habits. Really enjoyed the easy to do exercises 😊

The course is rather long. It would be useful to be able to redo the test without having to view the lengthy content again!
Seen a lot of this type of DSE courses but this is the first that showed some stretches etc you can do
