This course tells me i've passed when i'm in it, but you keep emailing me telling me that it's incomplete. please let me kow what more I need to do to stop getting these mails.

Very easy to listen to and participate
Have to do so much CPD for my other work but this is easier to get through. I’d rather listen to a person and see a demo like this than having to read loads and click on silly buttons as in other courses. This is great. Thank you

It was long - but the fact that videos, symbols and verbal communication were all used helped ensure that the proccess was more informative and engaging - therfore I didn't begin to slouch... 😉
