Information content was valuable but took far to long to communicate the key points, as a consequence people are likely switch off and do alternative tasks concurrently or defer doing the training completely. The test was OK. DSE assessment was very good.
Detailed knowledge & understanding!
I have ankylosing spondylitis and this is an arthritic condition in my neck, spine and hips. There is a junction terminal at my feet which is causing bad foot position as it's in the middle of my seating position, chairs uncomfortable to sit in all day with no lumber or arm adjustment, there is no natural sun light coming into the room. I have limited space to use my keyboard so hand / arm position is bad (Normal reach position) and limited desk space.
Nicely presented with different scenarios acted out by different actors. Nice that it stops after each point, so if I need to attend to a library user, I can do so.
30 mins seemed a bit long.

I found this course relevant and useful especially when sitting at a Hot desk. It makes you think about what you do every day and how little you actually step away from your desk to take a break. I would think the exercises do help to relieve built up tension, but I've never seen anyone in the office do them?
This training program is very useful for me. because it will help to increase personal health as well as occupational performance.
The DSE training was very helpful and informative reminding the trainee of all the essential things needed to be safe while at work in the office environment.
Informative, did well to make not the most inteeresting subject matter engaging. In nice chunks so you can go back to it after a different task. Liked the table tennis as we do that here! Glad to know it is approved!
