At time a bit slow
Most of what the training session covered was information that I was already aware of. However, generally speaking, I think that the training gave a thorough and informative view regarding drugs and alcohol and the work place.
Due to my role and spending 13 years working with drug and alcohol issues, I found it rather simple but it gave a good overview and I found the fact sheets on the different drugs really useful.
Media did not work, good usefull information
A detail training that allows leaner to understand standard requirement, Limitations and what is expected of employer and employee on drug and Alcohol in the workplace.
