It was a very straight forward course to follow. The sound was a little iffy in places but still understandable. I have taken one star off though as I couldn't access some of the more indepth training sections as they weren't suitable for the small screen on my phone, - I don't have access to my laptop and have no choice but to use my mobile phone-- but other than that it was easy to follow, understand and complete the test.
Very helpful infiltration in terms of recognising signs of people who may be struggling with addiction so that they can get the help they need.
thoroughly enjoyed the course and covered most areas. Will now make me more aware in the changes of people.
It was interesting and knowledgeable to know about alcohol and drugs and what can do if used wrongly and what can go wrong ,it was good learning and become knowledgeable. Would recommend doing courses from your company to people. I am doing many different courses through your company and love to learn new courses that can better yourself .
