Enjoyed completing the course, didn't find the lady easy to listen to, could have been my phone's reception, felt like she missed words out so I preferred reading the transcript. Loads of information included though.
This course is Very useful for both Work and life as it lets people know what are the effects of both alcohol and drug abuse which is eye opening. Also this course makes it very clear about how the unit system works.
The relevant information was provided in a simple and effective manner.
working on this training has helped me a lot now I will be able to recognise if anyone is doing this and now I know when I go out how much I need to drink and to make sure that I don't have an empty belly.
