Would question the slide that says 'smelling of alcohol can only be caused by alcohol itself'. Apparently with diabetes there can be the smell of ketones, which smell like alcohol, which could be very dangerous if people chose to react as if the casualty was drunk and not get the relevant help for them as they slip toward diabetic coma.

I thought the courses delivery was clear and concise, however I didn't really feel I learnt anything I didn't know already, although that may be because I have a medical background and taught science. Also I thought the course would be about Drug and alcohol awareness and how best to help service users not about Drugs and alcohol awareness in the work place.
