It was an informative course, with detailed information regarding the signs of substance misuse. It also described the effect of drugs and alcohol on body/mund. On a negative note it was balanced too much towards the employer rather than how to help the person suffering. Where was the information regarding helping/support
alcohol and drug awareness is important, but i feel you miss any details about prescribed medication, trammodol and morphine, which have simular affects but are not illegal, but the duty of care is the same, and substance misuse does not take this into account, or recognize it
I enjoyed this course very much and feel I learned a lot about drugs and alcohol. I never realised there were quite so many drugs.
