I felt the course was presented very well, not confrontational – It was very informative on the effects of the body based on quantity etc.
Informative and I learned something new. Believed it was against the law to eat whilst driving. Read in the sun newspaper about 10 years ago that a woman was fined for eating an apple behind the wheel
