The Highway Code 2022 update was nice to have in detail despite the fact I was aware of it. My only gripe is in chapter 19 where there is a possible implication that drivers of works vehicles don't have to always check them before driving. Organisations policies may vary but as I understand it as a former fleet manager in a small company in the past, the driver of a vehicle is responsible for that vehicle from the start of their use of it when driving on the public highway. They cannot hold someone else responsible for the vehicle they are driving.
More information about type of traffic signs would be useful eg warning/information/prohibited. Also, using anachronisms already in place with RoSPA or IAM would avoid confusion eg P.O.W.D.E.R.Y is used by the IAM Roadsmart team, the same as your F.L.O.W.E.R. More emphasis on 20mph speed limits outside schools, residential areas etc could be focused on. These are areas with high pedestrian traffic and often the 20mph limit is broken by ‘unthinking drivers’.
