Informative but as was said in the beginning one does go over well known territory. However it does no harm to revise and make yourself aware of areas that you could become complacent. Does take a long time though.
I don't know how anyone could do this training in one hour and pass. If I hadn't taken notes throughout I would never have achieved the required score to pass.
