This course is aimed at newcomers and inexperienced drivers. It is simple to follow and will easily point staff in the right direction if they were unsure of any actions they are required to undertake. A large majority of the material I would expect most people to be more than aware of.
This cours quite surprised me, it was very educational and I learnt a lot of interesting facts on the subject.
Not 100% appropriate to europe
The test is too focussed on tripping you up on details of percentages and statistics mentioned in passing by the speaker, or written in the text. It tests whether you have these details in your memory (or notes), but these are irrelevant and soon forgotten (who can reliably determine a point 73m distance in front when driving at 60mph, and why would you do it?). The test should concentrate on understanding or appreciation of the H&S principals behind the issues. It would also concentrate the mind if it covered personal consequences and legal penalties that could be imposed on individuals for transgressions, eg speed awareness courses / loss of licence/job / fines / remands / criminal records.
