after 40 years of driving i did not need tuition lessons on road awareness and the highway code, this could of been condensed into a section on how your employer and your driving our conected not some homebargain driving test.

I covers a lot but I think this could be condensed into half the time as we have all taken our driving test. If you want people to improve their driving you really need a practical course but this would probably only be worth while if driving makes up a large part of your job.
