Very upsetting to not have got 100% pass as i know the correct answers to all questions given. One question did not have correct answer so i chose the closest option to the correct answer and was subsequently marked as incorrect. I made phone cwlks & sent emails to you to get helo in retaking this course as its extremely important to me, but no assisstance ir chance of retake/reassessment after question& answeres had had been reviewed. Put me off learning (6months now), courses and generally left me feeling a little down. Thanks
On the whole very good a good refresher for good divers and some good pointers for others.Only criticism i have is too many acronyms. My mind doesnt work well with them ,its an age thing

Always good to refresh your knowledge
A worthwhile exercise to remind drivers how dangerous the roads can be. More focus needed on overall concentration levels particularly on familiar roads close to home. they are just as dangerous and being too over familiar is a risk.

Regarding safety of the vehicle, driver checks to it etc everything is based around ICE vehicles. Content regarding EV's needs to be inserted into this module.
