Better knowledge required for the presenter. 54mph in a 50mph zone is LEGAL. The 10% rule. Law enforcement would have no grounds to stop any vehicle travelling upto 55mph
The course is as like others from ihasco, very informative, useful, easy to follow, engaging and overall top quality. Very happy with the layouts and contents of the course.

Very good update
Basics are fine, but much of it is either wilfully biased or simple out of date. Smart motorways, which are so controversial and potentially dangerous the government has banned any new ones, lauded. Numerous other examples.
