The course tries to cover too much. The manager response should be a separate module so that it can more appropriately support the correct approaches.
While I haven't been close to anyone who has experienced domestic abuse, the training has opened my eyes and raised my awareness about what survivors endure. It has provided insight into the physical, emotional, psychological, and economic trauma they face. The training has equipped me with the skills to recognize individuals experiencing domestic abuse and understand how I can offer support.
Great training, sensitively written. It could do with some content about support for perpetrators?
