Appropriate and accessible
Overall I found the content of this course was very good and provides a lengthy and practical level of understanding of the subject matter.
Some questions worded In a way that catches you out. Even though you know the answer. Which is frustrating.
informative and made me aware of situations i hadnt thought of before. Presented situations that hadnt considered before and made people aware of visible and invisible disabilities where people may need help and are not simply being awkward or disruptive.
The course makes you think. We may be guilty of assuming because it's not visible that a person could still be disabled. Also that someone differently abled would always welcome help, to ask first!
