The course had a lot of content and was quite long. There were a lot of practical examples and it was good to hear the experiences of the volunteers at the end of the course. It would have been helpful when speaking about the Equality Act to date this Act as there have been many versions

The use of actors and real people grabs your attention immediately. Much better than any elearning I have completed in the past with other organisations.
