This course provides clear definitions, with regards to the Equality Act; it also provides food for thought when thinking about unconscious bias and ableism, which I found very useful.

Would of preferred questions every 3 slides. Summary print offs for future reference.

The course was well explained and made me think about things that are maybe obvious but worth remembering.

This course covers all the main issues on this topic and really makes you think about your own behaviour especially well meant but actually harmful actions

I always thought that I had a very good understanding of what a disability was and that everything that I stood for embraced and included everyone. Well I was wrong! I now think before speaking and am making a special effort to ensure that I ask before assuming and am so aware of the environment that we have created in our classroom. Thank you for a training course that has made a huge impact on the way see the world.

As a disabled person this was a great affirmation for me that Oriel has good disability education in place.

A very clear course explaining how people can be affected & potentially discriminated by their disability. Whether it is visible or otherwise.
