Necessary to build understanding and knowledge
Very interesting and informative. It is important to be both mindful and respectful of all our colleagues, and for them to all be treated the same, regardless of either their abilities or disbailities.

On the questions it did not include and audio option to read questions out meaning I miss read some as a dyslexic person and this being in the disability training seems as if they misses their out training video

Having a physical disability myself I have learned more about "What can be done". And "What should be done". I will also be speaking to my line manager about making the workplace training more "Inclusive" to me. Thank you very much.

Very comprehensive and clear about the difficulties that arise for people who are living with disabilities. I liked the assumptions section the most.
