Informative and useful course, enabling you to think about how to act and what is appropriate / not appropriate to say to individuals in the workplace.
Excellent course - really engaging and enjoyable to work through the modules. Love the meet the actors part and what they addressed - it really gave the whole course perspective and greater meaning for me. 😊

However in some ways it could be perceived as utopia/perfect world to cover all the requirements outlined. Problems could arise in small organisations to be able to achieve this successfully and accommodate the necessary inclusive behaviours. Potentially Interesting for BBF in how the company would best plan to monitor/keep track of any needs and requirements should they arise with everyone working from home as standard.
I thought I knew it all, having a mum who is deaf, and having witnessed discrimination in the workplace a couple of times, but the course reminded me that how we describe a disability, can have an impact on people. I pledge to always speak up to ensure our organisation is inclusive, no matter how uncomfortable that might feel at the time.
everyone should access this course-it enables you to consider aspects of disability awareness and inclusion that you may not have been aware of, or considered previously-this is such an important agenda for us all to deal with correctly
Loved meeting the actors at the end of the session
With or without disability we should be comfortable amongst ourselves.
Great simple course. Most in common sense, but still essential learning for staff. The actors are great also, very genuine, real examples!
The awareness created by this training is very much needed and appreciated.
