good overview of cyber security essentia
Two of the answers to one of the final test questions was unclear; human error or confidence tricks are the same in my opinion. With regard to the subject matter in this training there is always a person behind a cyber security attack who is trying to trick another person; i.e. using a confidence trick. It is then a human error to be tricked.
Very informative

Clear visual images to reinforce message
As I am deaf, I found it very useful that I could apply subtitles. I found the blue summary box at the end of each topic useful for reinforcing my understanding and reminded me of the key points to remember. The visuals were engaging and provided an impact when showing 'normal day' examples of how employees could expose companies to cyber crime.
