I found watching the videos a waste of time; I can see how some people may benefit, but the majority of questions in the quiz could be answered correctly without watching through the videos. It would've been more valuable AND contextual to have some real training rather than lone working and clicking at a computer.If it HAS to be delivered an online suite, a suggestion is to start with a quiz to ascertain prior knowledge then base training tasks on knowledge gaps, followed by a final set of overall questions to confirm all areas of knowledge.

Didn't waffle on with to much Technical information
As with other ihasco programmes, simple and easy to follow, a common sense approach and an easy to understand script. The right balance between information and raising awareness - not scaring you too much but not underestimating the importance of vigilance and good practice.
