The information and training given was very helpful, especially the strong password tips and how to identify a malicious email. The multiple choice questions were good testing questions. The only thing I would improve is to have a detailed answer to the questions, maybe at the side so you can read the extra information if you don't understand why that was the right question.
If you want to reseat the test you have to go through the entire training session instead of being able to view parts of it where you may want to re-train before taking the test again. Very discouraging.
A useful, easy to comprehend course on internet security. Reasons and helpful information is given why things which appear innocuous need close scrutiny before opening. It will be helpful for all members of staff, no matter how good their IT experience is.
Definitely learned some new points to protect our company systems against viruses. The course might have showed basic procedures on how to stop further spreading of viruses from one system to another in a quick action if I suspect one is effected.

It was an excellent course which provided a treat deal of information regarding Cyber Awareness. It was well presented easy to comprehend and certainky made ne very aware of hiw criminals can cause such havoc through via computers. Very well worth doing.

I think there could be a bit more added to this course to explain more about ransom ware and some more of the examples that this has where things have gone wrong.
