The course used a variety of techniques (verbal, visual and aural) to enable the participant to keep focussed on the subject matter and retain the essential points. I thought that including short question sessions along the way was very effective as a reinforcer. The presenter conveyed a sense of commitment and enthusiasm, a ood feature for a subject which some people may consider a bit dry. It's really very important. Thank you.
