The training made me focus on issues regarding malware and how emails can be used to plant viruses. It also reminded me to think carefully about re-visiting my choice of passwords. A lot of what was in the training has thankfully now become what we may consider to be common sense in terms of how we operate in the work place. However, it is still really difficult spotting false emails especially if one receives security alerts concerning personal information. It was interesting to learn about the statistics with regard to cyber security breaches. Yes, this training was very useful.

Good idea to do this in sort slots. Clear description, diction and visuals. Occasional tests good too, as was final test

I learned additional infomation that I hadnt previously known. This is a good teaching tool and should act as a great deterant to stop criminal cyber attacks.
