It was good, but as with a number of training courses like this having to design training with many levels of knowledge to cater for inevitably leads to catering for the lowest level of knowledge.

The information was detailed and well presented so that it was easy to understand and follow.

Concise and informative, sums up everything really well but not too long so as to lose impact.

Having been a victim before, the training was educative.

This training is very helpful as it increases our awareness when using computers both at work and at home. It also jogs our memory of the dos and donts of good computing habits, and how to maintain good cyber security.

Really useful reminder delivered in a simple, understandable way. Would have been 5 stars if the sound hadn't kept skipping, making it tricky to make out some of the words. It has been the same in every course I've done so far and is really annoying!
