The course was well put together, kept me interested and well informed. There were lots of points I have learnt or now know more about, so it was well worth doing the course.
This training reminded me why and how to be vigilant when using IT in the workplace as well as when working from home. It explained the importance of strong passwords and how paying attention to details within an email could save a breach in security and loss of data. It was mainly common sense but it is good to be reminded of best practice in this area.

More relevant to me in my personal life than in my work, but it was very interesting to have done the training all the same.
Should offer a fast version for people who just need a refresher. or at least the opportunity to skip the video's and just read the transcripts, or watch the video's at a faster speed.
I found this course very useful, particularly the section on passwords.

I really appreciated the friendliness and common sense approach of the training and never felt overwhelmed. Being able to repeat each short section was very helpful. Voice tone and speed were perfect, and great graphics that are sometimes easier to remember than a lot of words. I particularly valued suggestions about how to create a strong password. The real-life examples of a data breach were useful to show how hackers/malware rely on the gullibility of other people. Thank you.
