Easy to understand the training, but also realise I need to change my password more often.
To be honest I knew most of this stuff before so I felt a bit impatient. But I know lots of people who don't, particularly about links in emails, and how to recognise a scam through the language, IPS address and punctuation. For me the reminder about password strength was a good call, because it's easy to become a bit lax. I answered one question wrongly so I can't claim 100% success. We all need a reminder.

Unengeging, and gives advice which simply isn't feasible to follow. If I was to report every spam email I received I wouldn't do anything else for the entire day every day.
Good reminder of best practise and identified new threats and actions to mitigate.

The videos with the actors were really helpful; it was helpful to hear someone speaking and not have to read lots of text. A lot of it was fairly obvious but not all of it, and some of it was actually very useful in an immediate way (e.g. it has prompted me to go change my passwords!). Thanks.
