The information provided was very useful for QAA Reviewers. The presentation focused upon raising individual security awareness in the workplace, including best practice for creating secure passwords, avoiding malware and the importance of following security policies for work developed by the organisation (in this case the QAA).

Very well demonstrated

I haven't undertaken a cyber security awareness course for some time, and the detail in this was therefore both timely and very well presented, maing the preparation for the test at the end pretty seamless. I don't think there was much that I wasn't aware of, but the refresher was helpful.

Having been in a relationship with an IT security expert for five years not much of this was news to me, but it's a good general introduction and good to be reminded to keep my password generation game on point.

The videos and questions throughout the training course made it much more fun and interesting. Sometimes training can be quite boring, however have the variation of writing, videos and questions it made it more enjoyable.

I have gained so much information from this course , I have only been using a computer full time for 3 months so this course was valuable to me .
