Straight forward well explained easy to go back and revisit

The course was informative, however at the end when I went to download my certificate my computer said it failed the virus scan - was that deliberate! Or part of the test.

Video and Transcript provision is excellent. Website trial sessions exceptional.

A very straight forward on-line training package - simple to follow and factual without being over complicated.

Enjoyed this course. Ideas presented in a logical and constructive way. I will certainly be taking on board the safety issues raised and will definitely amend my password. Good awareness raising of the possible dangers.

Really refreshed my memory

I have learnt a lot of new things going through this course, Cyber security is real and it's not something we should all be ignorant of at all. In these 21st century where internet usage has become part of our everyday life, we all have to be careful because people are being defrauded everyday on the internet.

I’m always very cautious about emails I receive and about the websites I use. This course has been very informative and has made me become even more aware of what to look out for. I’m lucky because where I work the technology team are amazing and they are always at hand to give support and offer advice if needed
