Very good training

Some firewalls/companies may have webfiltering that covers up links with their own. In our case, hovering over a link in an email gives us a random string of text that our web filter uses to track the sites we're visiting, so sometimes just simply hovering over a link won't work. The best way to get around this is to not click on any links if you're not sure/don't recognise the sender.

Clear, Informative and Interesting

An interesting course regarding Cyber Security Awareness and how everyone in an organisation is responsible for cyber security, along with some great tips on passwords, and other interesting external information. Also a lot of good pointers for people who maybe aren't used to working with technology and so don't know simple tricks like hovering over a link to see the true URL. Timely reminder to all staff to remain vigilant.

I didn't go through the full course

The part I looked at was fine, so expect the rest to be equally good. It did allow me however to skip the course and jump directly to what turned out to be a short/easy quiz. I'd like employees to undertake at least 50% of the course, and have a slightly longer more challenging test. I'd hope most of our employees already have the basics, so we are needing to raise the bar in terms of their understanding, vigilance, etc.
