I think it does what it says on the tin and as we have cyber essentials as an accreditation it is also very relevant. It makes you stop think and learn and the focus of a test at the end means you do concentrate on the content and learning rather than FF to the end.
It is very easy to think that most of the content is common sense, and for an experienced computer user, it probably is, but it never hurts to be reminded of the less obvious ways breaches can occur.
Very good content and useful information for all to reference if unsure of who to speak to or actually what to do if you suspect unsafe content has been sent in a mail etc.

It covers the basics with regards to IT security but makes you think and realise how simple it is to allow Malware in. Nice use of "real life" situations drives home how a simple human error can potentially results in IT carnage.
A very good training course, providing awareness on all aspects of malware, whilst it could seem so obvious to know, it isn't. I've particularly appreciated the explanation how malware is created, how criminals can observe an organisation and easily get in into an organisation. Many thanks for this course.

One of the most important topics in our lives which sometimes I don't even aware of how easy it is someone could get into my personal data. It reminds me of keeping all the information secure. Thank you for this training.
