I thought the 'Cyber Security Course' was very good as, taking human error into account, I think it covers all of the knowledge workers should be aware of when working with IT systems.
The course helped me to understand the importance of having security on the computers and the consequences of not using it properly e.g. clicking a phishing email could result in the whole office computer system going down, preventing work to be carried out and costing the business thousands of pounds. Using different passwords for websites and using a password that is easy for me to remember but hard for a computer programme to work out. Really enjoyed the course, IT words were clearly explained and I know what I need to do to keep my personal and work computer safe. Thank you 😊
Clearly set out and easy to follow. I thought the click on boxes providing additional information were useful.
An important reminder to all of us about our own responsibilities to remain alert to the risks and challenges we face as employees.
