A lot of this may seem common sense to some people but it is best to cover everything in these situations. The one thing I would quibble is that the course states hovering over a link in an email will reveal the true URL - this is usually true but, actually, this can be hidden. I would amend to say that hovering over a link will usually show the url and, if it does not, then that is itself suspicious and should be reported.
