In my view the course is very worthwhile. While the points made are fairly straight forward and may seem obvious, it seems like a good idea to reenforce them, particularly since the consequences can be so severe. In the face paced world that we work in, without this training it might be easy to click on a corrupted link. The training should reduce the number of instances where this mistake could be made.
