Trust most of the staff aware of these but it's good for revision.
Very clear and easy to understand
like the iHASCO format, better if it could send certs direct after training complete

Good course structure which shows how long it will take. Short videos helpful and inciteful. Content covers all the essentials required for both work/home cyber security awareness.
Extremely helpful with clear explanations.
Took the test on my phone and got first question wrong because I didn't appreciate I should scroll to more options!
The course was a good length and interesting.
Very worthwhile and informative.
Sorry, but this was a total waste of my time. There was literally *nothing* within the course that was new to me. Initially I was excited that there were transcriptions, because I could read through those in less than half the time that a video takes. BUT NO, you have to play through the video. Why?? What is the purpose of this? Why force us to sit through someone reading out text that is *literally* typed out beneath the video. I understand accessibility, but surely that works both ways? If the text transcription is there, why can't I read that instead of being forced to play a minute long video of a passage that took me 15 seconds to read? Then, the videos. Some of them only a few seconds long so you have to keep clicking "next". And not skippable. And the multiple choice questions on mobile, if the loading time is ever-so-slightly slow, it records your "answer" as you are scrolling down. Resulting in a "wrong" result. This happened twice before I learned to just let the page load before I tried scrolling through the answers - my fault, I know, but still just something to be aware of. Apologies for the poor review - the content itself wasn't bad (just an unnecessary hoop that my employer has decided to add for us to jump through) but given that a lot of people will also be in this position, please PLEASE make it an easier hoop to jump. There is no need whatsoever for 30 second video clips that you can't skip through and have to go back and repeat if you accidentally navigate off the page, or in fact any need for video clips at all if you can read the transcript....!
